Superb coffee/tea shop. Super service with friendly and efficient staff. Home-made cakes, scones, and soup. Absolutely lovely.
First-time visit and was pleasantly surprised - new venues are always an unknown. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We didn't have any food but the drinks were good quality and nice and hot! Attractive, clean and welcoming decor, everything looked spotless.
We used The Cosy Kettle to provide catering service for a funeral wake. Sadie and her team were fantastic. From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the food, Sadie was excellent. The food was outstanding. Sadie went out of her way to help and the choice of food available was great and tailored to our bespoke requirements. Many people commented how good it was and we were so impressed with everything. I can whole heartly recommend The Cosy Kettle if you want an excellent catering service.
We had a lovely afternoon tea today - very generous portions for the price and some really interesting, different options that you don't normally see on afternoon tea menus. The soup shot was a lovely touch and delicious, as was the rest of it. Service was also great with really friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
Stumbled upon this tea shop by complete accident with no regrets! The staff are so friendly and attentive. It's also very dog friendly. I had a cheese panini and Victoria sponge. Would've posted pictures of them too but it was very delicious and ate it immediately! Will be visiting again soon.
A charming venue with helpful staff and delicious food. A delightful visit
Lovely place for a bit of lunch or just a cup of tea or coffee. They have sandwiches, soup, ice-cream and more. The staff are always friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend stopping here on your way through the village. Edit: The place has a new owner now and they stay open later on Fridays and now serve some really nice pizza. Just another reason to stop in.
What a great little cafe! Well worth a visit. And gluten free options as well. Fantastic.
